Personal details/1: Dagmar Lessnau joined vangard | Littler in Hamburg in July 2018 from the US full-service law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP in Frankfurt/Main. In addition to providing ongoing advice on employment law, Dagmar Lessnau advises, among others, companies from the technology and finance industries, with a focus on international and transactional employment law as well as restructuring processes. In addition, she has developed a great deal of expertise in the area of the employment of self-employed persons. Due to her language skills and international orientation, Dagmar Lessnau also works in particular with Littler's Polish offices and is part of the internal Center of Excellence for International Recruiting. Most recently, she accompanied the acquisition of Servicetrace by salesforce.com in the team of Shareholder Jan-Ove Becker.
Personal details/2: Stephanie Koch joined vangard as a senior associate from Kliemt.Arbeitsrecht when the company opened the Frankfurt office in November 2018. She was part of the seven-person start-up team led by Christoph Crisolli and Peter Hoppenstaedt. Her focus is on providing ongoing employment law advice in individual and collective employment law matters, with a particular focus on companies in the hotel industry. Most recently, she advised well-known national and international clients on various restructuring projects from the planning phase to the conclusion of dismissal protection proceedings. She also provided comprehensive advice in connection with the short-time work triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, both in terms of employment law and social law. Stephanie Koch regularly shares her special expertise in the form of publications on current labor law topics in the Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung (AHGZ).
