Since the founding of vangard, Walburga Stephinger has been a part of the employment law team. She advises and supports large and medium-sized companies in individual and collective employment law issues. In this connection, she represents our clients in extra-judicial advice as well as in judicial disputes. Her main activities include legal issues relating to notice and dismissal, employment and service contract design, and current employment law advice for companies in relation to all matters of daily personnel management. Walburga Stephinger works in close collaboration with our clients’ HR departments.
