Nicole Hoffmann advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law – both out of court and in court. Her focus is on the supervision of issues for the establishment, implementation and termination of employment relationships as well as questions of employee participation. Another focus of Nicole Hoffmann's work is the drafting and review of contracts, with a particular emphasis on employment contracts and works agreements.
