Maximiliane Kempermann has specialized in employment law since the beginning of her career and has been advising her clients on all questions regarding the individual and collective employment law. She was able to gather her many years of experience in major international law firms as well as in employment law specialist firms in Berlin and Bonn where she was appointed partner in 2013. The focus of her work lies in reorganizing and restructuring companies as well as advising on the right of co-determination and industrial relations law. Another of Maximiliane Kempermann's specialization is international employment law.
