Before starting at vangard, Jan Einhaus worked as an associate at international law firms in Düsseldorf and Munich. There he advised companies, public authorities and senior management on questions of national and international employment law. The focus of his advice lies in particular with reorganization and restructuring of companies and advising on questions relating to laws governing labor regulations in the workplace. International employment law is also a focus of the work that Jan Einhaus demonstrates.
