Dr. Rajko Herrmann has been an attorney since 2003 and advises his national and international clients on all areas of individual and collective employment law, including litigation before the courts at all instances. He has particular expertise in restructuring and redundancies, the law relating to labor management and co-determination as well as employment law advice on the incorporation of European companies and all kinds of transactions. A further specialist area is providing employment law advice to companies from the aviation, logistics, IT, software and media industries. Rajko Herrmann has been a specialist employment law attorney since 2007 and regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on various employment law themes.
