Dr. Oliver Grimm has been working for vangard since its founding. He advises companies with international and national operations on all matters of individual and collective employment law. Before vangard was established, he was an equity partner of an international business law firm and advised on all issues of employee representation law and on compliance with employment law. Drafting company agreements and providing legal support for restructuring remain key areas of his work. Oliver Grimm also specializes in employee data protection and the effects of social media on working conditions. He is the author of several professional publications and speaks regularly at continuing legal education events in the area of employment law. Oliver Grimm is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the employment law working group of the German Bar Association.
