Dr. Matthias Kast has been advising employers since 1995 on all questions relating to individual and collective employment law. He is particularly experienced in advising on the structuring and implementation of rationalization measures for personnel, especially negotiations for conciliation of interests and social plans, drafting employment and service contracts and advising corporate bodies and managers. He is especially skilled in advising on employment law strategy. Dr. Matthias Kast has been a specialized attorney for employment law since 1998. He publishes articles and gives seminars on various employment law topics. He is a member and speaker of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) as well as the employment law working group of the German Bar Association.
