Dr. Antje Peterhänsel offers many years of experience providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies. She advises her clients in all areas of employment law. Her work focuses on the ongoing advising of companies in employment law matters and strategy, including restructuring measures and representation in proceedings in individual employment and collective labor disputes. In addition, she advises companies in all collective labor matters and leads negotiations with the designated employee committees.

Dr. Antje Peterhänsel is a member of the working group for employment law in the German Bar Association (DAV).
